MERCURY ENGINES CK Motorsports specializes in high performance engine packages, from drop-in Mercury stern drive engines (500+ Hp) to the hot Mercury 850SC or the 1075SC.

As a CERTIFIED Mercury Racing dealer, CKM provides sales, service, warranty and upgrades. With a wide range of training and real world experience, the crew at CKM is your best source for high horsepower Mercury engines. CKM is also a source for Mercury outboards.

MERC 415 EFI UPGRADE TO 500 Hp

502 cu. in. featuring:

Cylinder Heads - Magnaflux, resurface, bead blast, port and polish, competition valve grind

Valves - New larger Ferrea stainless intake and exhaust valves installed

Valve Train - New Baker Engineering designed custom hydraulic roller cam with matching lifters, valve springs and retainers

Rocker Arms - New Crane rockers with high-tech with one piece pushrods

Intake Manifold - Port and polish

Other New Parts - ARP rocker studs and head bolts; Fel Pro performance head and intake gaskets, and a GM timing chain set

Assembly - Engine reassembled and ready for installation

Computer - Recalibrate

Valves - New Ferrea stainless steel intake and inconel exhaust valves

Crankshaft - New 4340 forged 4.250" stroker crankshaft

Valve Train - Baker Engineering designed custom hydraulic roller cam with matching lifters, valve springs and retainers

Connecting Rods - 4340 H Beam forged rods

Pistons - New JE forged pistons with wrist pins and ring set

Intake Manifold - Port and polish

Rocker Arms - New Comp Cams high-tech stainless steel rocker arms with one piece pushrods

Other new parts - Clevitte cam, main and rod bearings; spring cups by Comp Cams; ARP rocker studs; head bolts; Cloyes timing chain set; Melling high volume oil pump; Fel Pro performance gaskets; Mercury distributor cap and rotor; ARP head bolts; and more.

Throttle Body - New high flow with calibrated injection nozzles and fuel pressure regulator
